The treatment I provide draws from the psychodynamic approach, where we work to understand and harness all parts of who you are, including your past, present, and parts of yourself that you don't fully appreciate. I treat the whole of who you are, not just your problems or symptoms. It is through careful attention to what makes you unique that we will tap into your creativity and inner strengths.
I emphasize evidence based practices where applicable and we can look at concrete areas that may help you as well, such as nutrition, sleep habits, and caring for yourself. There is a lot to discover within and investing in therapy can lead to practical improvements in work, relationships, and how you feel about yourself.
